Kindle Highlights and Notes. Do you know about it? If not, don’t worry I am here to make you aware of just that. So, stay tuned to gather more knowledge on this.
In this day and age, books are as often digital as physical. Perhaps even more often. Even libraries now have their own digital copies of books. The Amazon Kindle is one of the most popular e-readers and a great way to read and manage all your books digitally.
Instead of just reading, you can do a few things while reading your digital content to keep track of important items. Maybe you want to highlight parts of a digital book for reference or remember important sayings or quotes. Maybe you need to take notes to write a review or essay, but you do not want to try to keep track of it in a separate document. An Amazon Kindle makes that easy.
Here’s a quality post on Windows 10 EPUB reader, curated very precisely and accurately just for you !!

- Now, sign-in into your Amazon Kindle Account.

Highlighting any text on Kindle
Let us talk about how you can add highlighting on your Amazon Kindle while reading. You can do this for a book or a document that you have saved on your Kindle, and it’s quite simple. It’s just as easy as highlighting a physical book. Let’s see how :
- Just drag your finger across the text you want to highlight.
- When you remove your finger from the Kindle’s surface, a notification will appear telling you that you have just made a highlight.
- If you want to undo the highlight immediately, tap Undo on the toolbar that appears.
- If you come back later and you do not need a particular text anymore, you can tap on it and delete it and the mark will be removed.
- So that’s how you can set and remove a marker on your Amazon Kindle.
- Pretty simple, right?
Taking notes on Kindle

- From here, of course, you can open the markup with a web browser in Kindle, add a new note, or delete it altogether.
- If you choose to delete a marker, it will update on all of your Kindle devices and the note will disappear everywhere.
- If you want to add more marks to a text, you can do so without opening your Kindle.
